David has been practising law for over 30 years. He has been a member of our firm since 1981. Prior to coming to our firm he practiced law in Hamilton, Ontario.

David practises predominantly in the area of commercial real estate law (including environmental law as well as corporate law and for not-for-profit associations. His clients include multi-national corporations as well as leading companies and the insurance industry. David acts on behalf of his clients in their day-to-day activities, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, shareholder agreements and commercial contracts.

David is married with three children. In his spare time David enjoys traveling with his family. He is an avid skier and golfer and enjoys the occasional glass of wine.
